Payment Information: Financial data (like credit card details or bank account info for your passive income payouts) is collected and processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full financial details on our servers.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect imprecise location data (like zip code or city area) to help you find tools available right down your street.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Platform, such as pages viewed, search queries, and transaction history.

With Other Users: When a rental is confirmed, we share necessary details (like your first name, general location, and in-platform messaging) with the other party to arrange the tool pickup and return. Your exact street address is never made public on the map.

With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us run our business (such as payment processors, identity verification services, and website hosting providers). These partners are legally bound to protect your data.

The Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by us, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as completing an ongoing tool rental transaction).

The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: GigsBuddy does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary value, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever alter this practice, you will be given an explicit right to opt-out.

The Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you (such as charging different rates or denying service) for exercising any of your CCPA privacy rights.
